AMEACOM GLOBAL TO PARTNER WITH IMABRIDGE AFRICA - OFOMATA

The President and Founder of Marcel Ofomata Ofomata Foundation, Dr. Marcel Ofomata, has stated that his Foundation which is commissioned and segmented into Marcel Ofomata SCHOLARSHIP, MENTORSHIP and ENTREPRENEURSHIP SCHEME will partner an International Non-Profit Organization, IMABRIDGE AFRICA that targets services in the areas of Education, Health, Micro - finance and Water, to render contemporary philanthropic services to the society. 

Dr. Ofomata, who is also the MD/CEOof Africa's Leading Asset Financing Company, AMAECOM GLOBAL LIMITED, stated this today when the Founder of IMABRIDGE AFRICA, REV. FR. GODWIN UBOM ASUQUO led the President, TIM MADDEN and other members of the Board of the NGO including CHRISTINE CARRINGTON and others to the Amaecom Corporate Head office in Uyo, Nigeria on a solidarity visit to further their humanitarian spirit of magnanimity. 

IMABRIDGE Africa team was in Nigeria on a humanitarian services tour to partner Amaecom in enhancing the living standard of Africans in the areas Scholarship, Mentorship, Entrepreneurship, Health, Water, Micro finance and Education as envisioned by the two NGOs. 

The IMABRIDGE AFRICA has nominated the Founder of Marcel Ofomata Foundation, Dr. Marcel Ofomata as Board Member of the NGO has he currently facilitating the NGO in Nigeria through his Foundation. This is not unconnected with the recent investiture of Dr. Marcel Ofomata as the MAJOR DONOR and PAUL HARRIS FELLOW of the Rotary Club International. IMABRIDGE Africa will hold its next meeting at Illinois, USA by September, 2015. By this meeting today, the bar of humanitarianism has been catapulted and cemented. This is a lesson to other well meaning citizens.

AKWA IBOM CHILD RIGHTS LAW

The Akwa Ibom State Child Rights Law The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Obong Godswill Akpabio, on 5th December, 2008 signed the child rights act into law to protect the growth of perceptual, emotional, intellectual, and behavioural capabilities and functioning during childhood of Akwa Ibom children under 16 years.
