SAMUEL EFANGA DECLARED INTEREST FOR FEDERAL HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES After several calls on me by concerned citizens, groups and stake holders of Uyo Federal Constituency to provide effective and credible representation of the Constituency at the National Assembly come 2015; and after due consideration of th e obligations of such mandate and the need to improve the fortunes of our people, I have decided to express my interest in taking up that responsibility.
