PDP IS THE ONLY PARTY THAT HAS DIRECTION FOR DEMOCRACY IN NIGERIA

December 29, 2015 Press Release PDP IS THE ONLY PARTY THAT HAS DIRECTION FOR DEMOCRACY IN NIGERIA Our attention has been drawn to several verbal attack and uncomplimentary remarks by some shameless individuals that the Peoples Democratic Party is dead and has since been buried in Nigeria political lexicon. We would have ignore these rabble rousers for what they are and their deficit of idea on what constitute an opposition government but we want to put the record straight that the Peoples Democratic Party is and remain the only political party in Nigeria with national interest as others are promoting ethnic agenda. The party in the last 16 years that it held sway to power at the center has embarked on laudable policies and programs that has direct effect on the lives of millions of Nigerians. SEN. DINO MELAYE REACTS TO CRITICS ON HIS MOTION ON SOCIAL MEDIA

We will not allow Social Media to be used as an instrument of blackmail - Dino Melaye  MY TAKE: From Admin Yes in as far as I do not support the position of Senators who want to gag the social media users but I will advise that we should not use the platform to project people especially public office holders in bad light. Lets use the social media to engage on constructive discussion that will bring progress to our country Nigeria.  have read series of personal attack on public figures and think there is need for restraint. FOI do not support publishing false information against people. We must be factual in our reportage and not defame people character in public domain. That is my take. Posted by Linda Ikeji at 9:26 PM
