DIVORCED COUPLE RE-UNITED

DIVORCED COUPLE RE-UNITED Brethren, please join me to thank God for bringing back this couple together again. When I first heard that this powerful man of God and his wife were divorced, it broke my heart, and I knew that something was wrong somewhere, for a servant of God to divorce his wife. However, this is an example of what God can do. When all hope was lost, and people were running their mo uth, then God did what he alone can do, destroying the works of the devil that was operating in this family and brought them back together again, to show that God does not condone or tolerate the divorce of his children. Remember, the devil does not take it lightly with any true and serious child of God who wants to do God's will. He wants to do everything possible to destroy their lives, but no matter what happens, God will give victory at last. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, may God continue to strengthen and use you mightily for his kingdom in the mighty name of Jesu

WHY GIRLS NEXT GENERATION?

WHY GIRLS NEXT GENERATION? Many may be wondering what GNG is all about and why are we mobilizing hundreds of girls for this project? The truth of the matter is that we need to balance enrollment in school for both male and female. Many young ladies are mothers while their opposite sex are in higher education. The girl child is an asset to the community against the days when the place of the women were in the kitchen. My mother was a victim like others across the country that female education was worthless. They were deceived but families whose parents were educated still send their daughters to school. Today, they are nurses, engineers, scientists, economists, and other professionals. 30% AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FOR NIGERIAN YOUTH

#‎ youthfor30‬ % If 60% of the Nigerian population can ask for only 30% level of inclusion, then they must be given, because that is too small to ask given their sacrifices toward sustaining the constitutional democracy and economic development. Youth in Nigeria made up of at least 60% of the labour force and constitute majority of the eligible voters, with whose votes, leaders emerge. Looking back at the role young people played in the country’s leadership since independence, many believe that the current youth generation are short-changed, as the old generation keep recycling themselves in the same leadership positions they occupied when they were young. Tafawa Balewa became Prime Minister at the age of 48, Aguiyi Ironsi 42, Yakubu Gowon 32, Murtala Muhammad 37, Olusegun Obasanjo 38, , Shehu Musa Yar’adua 32, Shehu Shagari 54, Muhammadu Buhari 41 , IBB 44, Sani Abatch 50 etc. The cabinet minsters in their regimes were largely made up of youth below the a

POST 2015 ELECTION: YOUTH POSITION STATEMENT

By Ubong David ''If 60% of the Nigerian population can ask for only 30% level of inclusion, then they must be given. Youth in Nigeria made up of at least 60% of the labour force and constitute majority of the eligible voters, with whose votes leaders emerge'' - DR. AHMED ADAMU, Chairperson, Commonwealth Youth Council Since the emergence of Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, Rtd as president-elect of Nigeria after the March 28 presidential election, I have observed with keen interest the numerous delegations that has paid a visit to the president-elect but till date I haven't heard about a delegation from the youth who were the major actors in the emergence of Muhammadu Buhari. Though in Nigeria, many of the youth and youth leaders feel that 30% Affirmative Action is not possible. They don't even have the courage to make their demand. I belong to the school of thought that ''it is only when you ask that what you ask for is given to you.'
